Fellowship Baptist Church has named Robbie Bradford as our interim lead pastor, effective Sunday, March 24, 2024. He will continue to serve in his current role as youth pastor, a position he has held since 2018.

Bradford takes over for Garrett Bozeman, who has served as Fellowship’s interim lead pastor since November 2022. Bozeman has been transitioning out of the role as he prepares to plant a new church in Sulligent.

“Bro. Garrett has done an amazing job of preaching God’s Word and providing leadership and pastoral care to our people over the past seventeen months,” said Bradford. “I ask for the church’s prayers during this time of transition as we continue to exalt Christ, equip families, and embrace our community.”

The Bradford family moved to Vernon in 2017. Robbie teaches at Lamar County High School where he also serves as the head coach of the football and track & field teams. His wife, Falla, works at the Lamar Co. Board of Education’s central office and is also involved in a number of our church’s ministries. Their daughter Kennedy is a student at the University of Mobile, and their son Xander is a senior at LCHS.
