In the opening 3 chapters of Revelation, we find a wake-up call directed toward 7 churches and discover the truth of God’s desire for the church. This nine-week study will ask you to challenge your perspective and embrace your part in helping the church fulfill its calling.

Lesson: How to Stop Feeling Guilty
Series Preview: God made us to have emotions, and God has them, too. God’s always with you to help you figure out why you feel the way you do, and how to deal with it. Whether the emotions feel good or bad to you, they can be helpful. Pay attention to your emotions. Learn to name them. Talk to God, trusted leaders, parents, and friends to help you sort through them. If the way you feel leads you to make wrong choices, remember God’s grace—He’s with you to help you get back on track no matter how you’re feeling.

We will serve breakfast to the LCHS football and cheerleading teams on Friday morning, September 11. Please contact Bro. Robbie or Falla Bradford if you would like to help with this ministry.
Join us on Sunday, September 13 for our monthly fellowship breakfast at 9:30am followed by Brotherhood and WMU groups at 10:00am and worship at 11am. Sunday School classes will resume on Sunday, September 20.

- Social Group: meet at at Chicago Pizza in Fayette on Saturday, Sept. 12, at 6:30pm
- Experiencing God: groups meet in the fellowship hall at 4:30pm (deacons) and 6:00pm (general) on Sunday, Sept. 13
- Awe of God: women’s study group meets at Annette Young’s Home at 6:00pm on Sunday, Sept. 13
- Walking: meets in the LCHS student parking lot each Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm beginning Sept. 15
